My wife got admitted in Ponjesly Super Speciality Hospital for severe abdoben problem and back pain...Earlier i took treatment for her from various various hospitals in kerala & Tamilnadu for the past 12 Years...but still she was sufferinfg a lot. My sister was admitted to this hospital for physiotherapy treatment for the past six months. The atmosphere of the hospital was very good. And the doctors and nurses were all kind and friendly. And the room cleaners and food deliverers all did their job kindly and well. The physiotherapists not only took great care of her but also encouraged her with positive words. They made her feel like she was not in the hospital. The ward boy and security staff also helped us whenever we were in need. Above all, the manager sir came every day from the day of admission to discharge and inquired about the shortcomings and corrected them immediately. I was able to feel comfortable and satisfied because of all the above.
The nursing care ,food and accommadation are very much appreciable that is why we select this institution for family and tell about my neighbours also.
