I was admitted to this hospital four months ago for consultation and treatment of a urinary infection under Dr. Arun Varghese. At the time of admission, the hospital administration assured us that all expenses related to her treatment would be covered by medical insurance, as she is a retired teacher and eligible for insurance benefits. However, during the course of treatment, the hospital repeatedly demanded payment for various services, particularly for blood tests. In some instances, there were delays in providing services if payment was not made immediately, while the administration continued to assure us that all expenses would eventually be covered by insurance. This contradictory information was misleading and reflected poor coordination and communication on the part of the hospital administration. Despite the assurances given, we paid all the required amounts for my mother's treatment. On the third day of hospitalization, we raised this issue with the Hospital Manager, who acknowledged our concern and assured us that the amounts we had paid would be refunded immediately. He further agreed that the refund would be made by cheque. Subsequently, only about 60% of the amount was refunded. To date, the remaining balance has not been paid despite repeated assurances. We request the hospital management to look into this matter urgently and arrange for the settlement of the outstanding refund at the earliest , We would like to founder Pon. Robert Sing to investigate and take action on this matter. My son was studied in Ponjesly Engineering college on the first batch (2004-2008) and we did not expect these thing will happen in this hospital (Ponjesly groups).

My sister was admitted to this hospital for physiotherapy treatment for the past six months. The atmosphere of the hospital was very good. And the doctors and nurses were all kind and friendly. And the room cleaners and food deliverers all did their job kindly and well. The physiotherapists not only took great care of her but also encouraged her with positive words. They made her feel like she was not in the hospital. The ward boy and security staff also helped us whenever we were in need. Above all, the manager sir came every day from the day of admission to discharge and inquired about the shortcomings and corrected them immediately. I was able to feel comfortable and satisfied because of all the above.
The nursing care ,food and accommadation are very much appreciable that is why we select this institution for family and tell about my neighbours also.
